Annual Support

Your annual Support makes our commitment to Modeling systems thinking and sustainable living in a changing world, possible.

Through our programs, adults and children are invited to become students of the world around them and inspired to new thinking about science, food, and the environment. Since 1998, we have guided participants on a journey to develop meaningful connections with, and in, nature which result in more fulfilling interactions with themselves and their communities. At The Ecology School, we invite people to be curious about their relationship with their environment and provide a safe, accessible space for authentic explorations—of life and of living—to take place.

Together, we can make an immediate impact and strengthen the long-lasting effects of connecting to the world around us.

It has been a great week at The Ecology School! From the salt marshes and tide pools, to the Eco-Inquiry, I learned sooo much! My favorite part was when Leanna [our Educator] let us lay under the stars and talked to us. It was really inspirational. I am really proud of myself for spreading my friends group and working with others.

This feels like a different place—there’s a creative element that other outdoor education centers don’t have—an intertwining of the sciences and humanities… a place which generates life, creativity, and curiosity.

Take a look at what our supporters have helped make possible in 2022:

The environment is the most important challenge, we, as a human race, face. Our current path is not sustainable and my generation is not aware or prepared enough to change it. We can’t convince the older generations and change will need to come from the next. This is why The Ecology School is so important.
